From locked forecast to locked roster, with guardrails, not guesswork.
Generate, refine and lock schedules in an interactive grid that shows you coverage consequences live, per interval, as you work.
The grid is the workbench.
- Automatic generation against a locked forecast: a full roster in one operation
- Live coverage projection: scheduled bodies → out-of-office deducted → shrinkage applied → predicted SL/ASA/occupancy vs target, color-coded per interval
- Edit with guardrails: move, resize, add or remove activities, validated live: hard rules (double-booking, outside operating hours) block; soft rules (rest days, max shift length, weekly OT cap) warn
- Undo / redo: full sequential edit history per schedule
- Export the roster when you're done
A lifecycle that protects the plan of record.
Draft
Work in progress: generate, edit, experiment freely.
Generated
A complete roster against the locked forecast, ready for review with a preview confirmation.
Locked
Immutable. Locked schedules reject changes. The plan of record stays the plan of record.
Stale? Regenerate
Forecast changed? Stale-schedule notifications flag it; regenerate in full, or partially on Growth+.
Locking a schedule snapshots its projection. That snapshot becomes your adherence baseline. No moving goalposts.
Partial regeneration with conflict review Growth plan and above
When the forecast moves, you shouldn't have to torch a week of careful manual edits. Partial regeneration rebuilds only the changed intervals, and where the rebuild collides with a manual edit, a conflict review lets you decide: review each one, keep all, or overwrite all.
| Agent | Interval | Your edit | Regenerated | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reyes, M. | Tue 14:00 | Coaching | On queue | review |
| Lim, K. | Wed 09:00 | Late start | Std shift | review |
| Tan, R. | Thu 16:30 | – | OT block | apply |
