What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website, surewfm.com. They are short, because this website is a brochure: it describes a product, it gives away some calculators, and it lets you ask us for a demo.

Using the SureWFM product itself is a separate matter under separate terms. See platform terms below.

The website is informational

Everything here is provided for information, as-is. We describe the product as it works today, and we label roadmap items as roadmap. A roadmap item is not a commitment, not a delivery date, and not part of any agreement. Content, pricing and product descriptions can change without notice, and nothing on this site is a quotation or a binding offer.

The free calculators

The calculators on this site, covering Erlang C, staffing, service level, occupancy and shrinkage, run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them reaches us.

They implement standard published workforce management math and we have tested them, but they are provided with no warranty of any kind. Staffing a contact center involves judgment a calculator does not have. Do not use these outputs as the sole basis for a staffing, budget or headcount decision, and sanity-check any result against your own operational knowledge before you act on it.

Intellectual property

The content, design, copy and code of this website belong to SureWFM, as do the SureWFM name and logo. You are welcome to quote from this site or link to it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale or present our material as your own.

Ownership questions about the product rather than this website are covered at app.surewfm.com/legal/ip.

Availability

We try to keep this website up, and we do not promise that it will be. No uptime commitment attaches to this site. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control.

Platform terms

Use of the SureWFM application at app.surewfm.com is not governed by this page. It is governed by the subscription agreement executed with your organization, which always controls, and beneath that by the platform terms of use.

The platform privacy notice and the platform sub-processor list are published in the same place. We keep those documents in the application rather than restating them here, so that only one version of each exists.
