Pricing FAQ
How is billing structured?
Flat monthly subscription per plan, sized by agent band — not per agent. Starter covers up to 100 agents, Growth 101–300, Partner 300+. All prices in USD; PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of billing.
What are the contract terms?
Month-to-month. Cancel with at least 15 days' written notice before your next billing date, and your access stays active through the end of the paid period.
Is there a setup fee?
One-time: $200 for a simple setup (1 LOB, under 100 agents, standard configuration) or $500 for a complex one (multiple LOBs, custom configuration, historical data migration, 4 kickoff sessions).
How long does implementation take?
SureWFM is web-based — no on-prem install. Onboarding sessions are included with every plan, and teams typically go from uploading history to a generated forecast and schedule in an afternoon.
Can we migrate data from our current tool?
Yes. The complex setup tier includes historical data migration, and the uploader validates on ingest with row-level error reporting — bad rows are surfaced, not silently swallowed.
