How is billing structured?
Flat subscription per plan, sized by agent band, not per agent. Starter covers up to 100 agents, Growth 101–300, Partner 301–800. Pick month to month or annual on any plan. All prices in USD; PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of billing.
What is the difference between month to month and annual?
Same platform, same limits, same support. Annual commits to 12 months, is billed once, and takes $150/mo off Starter ($449 instead of $599, so $1,800 a year) and $200/mo off Growth ($699 instead of $899, so $2,400 a year). Partner is quoted either way.
What are the contract terms?
Month to month or annual. On month to month, cancel with at least 15 days' written notice before your next billing date, and your access stays active through the end of the paid period. Annual plans run for 12 months at the lower monthly rate.
Is there a setup fee?
One-time: $500 for a simple setup (1 LOB, under 100 agents, standard configuration) or $800 for a complex one (multiple LOBs, custom configuration, historical data migration, 4 kickoff sessions).
How long does implementation take?
SureWFM is web-based, no on-prem install. Onboarding sessions are included with every plan, and teams typically go from uploading history to a generated forecast and schedule in an afternoon.
Can we migrate data from our current tool?
Yes. The complex setup tier includes historical data migration, and the uploader validates on ingest with row-level error reporting: bad rows are surfaced, not silently swallowed.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
You move up a band. The platform is built to scale with you from 20-agent startups to 800-seat operations, and your data, configuration and history come along untouched. Above 800 agents we scope an enterprise plan with you.
