Know at 11am whether you'll make service level at 6pm.
The intraday desk finally gets a real instrument: Original, Revised, Projected and Actual — per interval, in one grid, with the end of day always in view.
O/R/P/A: four columns that end intraday guesswork.
- Original — the locked forecast, untouched
- Revised — your mid-day reforecast overlay
- Projected — where the day is heading from here
- Actual — what really happened, interval by interval
Variance bands color every cell — on-track, warning, danger — and the grid splits at now: actuals behind the line, projections ahead of it. View at 15, 30 or 60 minutes; volumes sum and AHT volume-weights correctly.

Non-destructive reforecasting
Overlay a revised forecast mid-day — manual (with a mandatory note) or system-generated — without touching the locked original. The plan of record survives the day.
End-of-day projection
Actuals-so-far plus the remaining forecast → projected EOD service level and cumulative over/under-staffing in FTE-hours. Decide at 11am, not in the post-mortem.
Per-cell trace
Any intraday cell explodes into the full engine call behind it — same calculation trace as forecasting, same transparency, live.
