What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, surewfm.com: the three forms on it, the gated security one-pager, and what happens when you load a page.
It does not cover personal data held inside the SureWFM application. If you use the product as an agent, team leader or administrator, the notice that applies to you is the platform privacy notice. We keep the two documents separate on purpose, so that neither one drifts out of step with the other.
SureWFM operates from the Philippines and is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect, and why
There are exactly three places on this website where you can give us personal data, and all three are forms you choose to fill in. There is no other collection.

None of these forms adds you to a marketing list. We use what you send to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
What happens automatically when you load a page
Two things happen without any action from you, and both involve a company other than us.
- Netlify serves every page here. Like any web host, it processes your IP address, your user agent and basic request metadata in order to deliver the page.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces this site is set in. Your browser fetches them from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and user agent on every page you view here. This happens on page load, before you have submitted anything.
Cookies and analytics: there are none
This website sets no cookies. It writes nothing to local storage or session storage. It runs no analytics: no Google Analytics, no product analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
That is checkable, and you should check it rather than take our word for it: open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site and look at Application, then Storage. It is empty.
The free calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
Who else sees your data
The complete list, with what each one does and where it is:

That is the whole list. Our domain registrar and our DNS provider are deliberately not on it, because neither one sees your data: traffic to this site goes directly to Netlify and is not proxied through anything. The product has its own separate list at app.surewfm.com/legal/subprocessors.
Your data is transferred to the United States
Stated plainly, because it is true today rather than a future possibility: all three providers above are United States companies. When you submit a form here, and when you simply load a page, your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are in the Philippines, the EU or the UK, that is a transfer out of your jurisdiction and it happens on every visit.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for 24 months from the day you send them, then deleted. That is long enough to cover a business buying cycle and a follow-up, and short enough that we can actually enforce it.
You do not have to wait for that period to run. Ask us to delete your submission and we will delete it.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form to fill in. Write to either of us:

Those addresses reach the two people who run SureWFM, and they are the same addresses the platform notice gives.
We will respond within 15 days under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and within 30 days where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, or to the supervisory authority for your country in the EU or the UK.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
