We spent 13+ years on the other side of the screen before we built any of this. Across BPO operations and workforce management, from the frontline through forecasting, staffing and scheduling, and all the way to explaining a bad week to leadership. We know exactly what running WFM on spreadsheets at midnight feels like. That is why SureWFM exists.
What we kept running into was not a maths problem. The formulas are public and a century old. The problem was that when someone senior asked "why does this say we need forty people," there was never a good way to answer. The tool had produced a number and the number had to be defended on trust.
So we built the platform we always wanted. Every number carries its working. Locking something means it actually stays locked. Agents are participants in the schedule rather than subjects of it. And the price is one a growing contact center can genuinely justify.
Prove the scary things first
Our engineering culture has one founding rule: the scariest claims get proven before anything else gets built.
Multi-tenant data isolation is the scariest claim a WFM platform can make. If it is wrong, one client sees another client's floor. So we built the row-level security model and the automated isolation test suite before feature one, when there was nothing yet to isolate. That suite still runs on every single change to the database layer today.
It is the same instinct that gave the product its calculation trace. If we cannot show you how a number was made, we do not ship the number.

Where we are
SureWFM is a web-based, multi-tenant platform hosted in ap-southeast-1 (Singapore), serving contact centers and BPOs. The core loop is live: forecasting, scheduling, agent self-service, and real-time intraday management. Dashboards and enterprise hardening are next on the roadmap.
Built in the Philippines. The problems it solves are not local ones, so it works the same whether your floor is in Manila, Cebu, Nairobi, Lahore or Miami.
